Apply oil to the scalp, use herbal oil avoid shampoos, use jiggery instead of sugar in food. It will lead to good health, said Bengaluru-based Swami Vachananand.
Swami Vachananand was speaking after inaugurating mass yoga display programme that was organized jointly by SDM Education Institutions, Ujire and Bengaluru-based Shwasa Sanghatane at Ratnavarma Heggade grounds, Ujire, here on Wednesday March 11.
Swami Vachananand explained through different yoga postures, how it can improve the memory and mental agility.

SDM College principal Dr B Yashovarma, SDM Naturopathy and Yogic Science College principal Dr Prashant Shetty, Shantivana Trust® secretary B Sitaram Tolpadittaya, yoga director Sasikant Jain were present.
