Moodbidri: Fan unveils cricket craze in one-and-a-half-inch golden WC trophy

Moodbidri, 16 Feb 2015: In the country where cricket has become a religion, fans express their love for game in various ways.
A goldsmith here has unveiled his cricket craze by making a one-and-a-half-inch long golden cricket World Cup trophy.
Satish Acharya, is a goldsmith and native of Kundadabettu that comes under Venoor gram panchayat, near here is the cricket fan who has wished good luck to Indian cricket team through one-and-a-half-inch trophy. He has used 500 milligram gold for the trophy.
It’s during the last World Cup, when team India won Satish had made a one-and-a-half-inch trophy for his favourite players Yuvaraj and Sehwag using gold and silver.
He also made a gold pendent depicting the trophy from silver and gold when during the T-20 cricket World Cup.
Hope that the prayers of the cricket fan make Team India win the ongoing cricket World Cup once again.
