Bantwal: Healthy lifestyle & diet keeps away from cardiac problems - Dr Subramanya

Bantwal, 18 Jan 2015: ‘We can take precautions as not to become victims of heart complications by changing lifestyle and adapting healthy diet. The precaution is essential than taking medication for ailment later, said the renowned cardiac surgeon Dr Subramanya.
Dr Subramanya was speaking after inaugurating free cardiac and cancer camp held at Sevanjali Pratistan® auditorium, Farangipet, near here on Saturday January 17. It was organized by Sevanjali Pratistan in association with Rotary Club of Bantwal and Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project – Thumbe, in collaboration with K S Hegde Charitable Hospital, Mangaluru.
Dr Subramanya advised to shun alcohol and smoking, avoid fatty foods in order to keep away from heart diseases.
The cancer sugeon Dr Jayaram Shetty offered info on cancer on the same occasion.
