Mangaluru: Sharada Vidyalaya students put a spectacular show during the sports day

Mangaluru, 18 Jan 2015: The students of Sharada Vidyala at Kodiyalbail showed great physical skills in their annual sports day which underwent under the lights held in the college premises on 17 January Saturday.

 

The skills reminded of the skills of the great wrestlers in the old Indian Vyayama Shala’s. The skills included Mallakamba, Turning Mallakamba, skills on the turning mallakamba, Yoga, traditional dumbbells exercise, Thaleem made the present forget the words.

 

 

The Vedaghosha and Shobhayatra of Ganesha set the tone for the Sports day. This was followed by Chandrachooda dance, Lezeen dance and other folk dances.

 

MP Nalin Kumar, MLA’s JR Lobo, Moideen Bawa, MLC Ivan Dsouza, Mayor Mahabala Marla witnesses the spectacular show.
