Mangaluru: Pujari slams founders of Bharatiya Hindu Parishad

Mangaluru, 15 Jan 2015: In a press meet held in the city today the former union minster Janardhan Poojari has slammed the founders of Congress saying it is against the secular policy of the congress.

"80% of the people of India are Hindus. Being hindus they do not like the ’Hindutva’ of VHP, Bajarangdal and other hindu outfits and why are you doing the work of them."

"Being in the congress party there are many ways to work for the issues faced by the people. Instead you are against the secular cover of the congress party and what will happen if people of different religion who are the members of the congress party start their organizations in the party in the name of religion."

The Indian National Congress does not favour any caste nor creed. It does not follow the untouchability. If you do the work of Sangh Parivar then what makes you different from the sangh parivar."

 

 

Modi government is snatching the daily bread of farmers and industry workers.

"By amending the land reforms bill the Modi government is trying to snatch the daily bread of farmers and favour industrialists. The bill now gives the government to take away the land inspite of the opposition and use it for industries. If this happens there will be reduction in the food resources. The condition of the 120 crore will be pathetic if the bill is implemented."

"90 percent of the famers are hindu’s. Where is your hindutva if their interests are not protected."

"The new amendment to the Employees security bill has increased the minimum number workers for the implementation of ESIC facilities to 40 from the present 10. Due to this many workers of the organized and unorganised sector will be deprived of their job security and other facilities. The government is playing with the lives of workers to favour the capitalists." he alleged.

Congress party leaders Harikrishna Bantwal, Kallige Tharanatha Shetty, Kt Sudhir were among the present at the occasion.
