Udupi: Auto-rickshaw collides with car at Manipal; Girl students & driver critical

Udupi, Dec 12, 2014: Two college girl students and auto rickshaw driver were critically injured when the auto rickshaw collided with a car at Anantanagar, near Manipal, here on Thursday December 11 evening. The critically injured were admitted to KMC Hospital, Manipal.

 

 

The sources informed that the students were travelling in an auto rickshaw hit the oncoming car bearing registration number KA 20 6632. The auto rickshaw driver was suspected to be drink driving who did not slowed down whilst passing through road-humps and that led to collision with oncoming car. 

 

Manipal police registered a case in this regard.
