Mangaluru North MLA Moideen Bava pleads people of his constituency to maintain peace

Mangaluru, 11 Dec 2014: Mangaluru north legislative assembly constituency has a long tradition of communal harmony and pleads the people of my constituency to maintain the same, said local MLA Moideen Bava.
Addressing the media persons during conference held here on Thursday December 11, MLA Moideen urged the people of his constituency, to co-operate with law enforcement agencies and not heed to the enticements of communal forces and rumors, urged MLA Moideen.
The state administration has clear instructions to district administration and police force to stem the social evil forces. I have briefed about the untoward incidents in my constituency and to take legal actions with CM and home minister during the assembly meeting held at Belagavi, said MLA Moideen.
CM has instructed to dispatch 15 platoons of armed police force from other districts to Dakshina Kannada district to beef up the security. The talks are underway with union government to dispatch Rapid Action Force, added MLA Moideen.
The peace meeting with people of different faith in the constituency will be held shortly to promote peace and harmony in the society. The district has been making rapid strides in education, industries and tourism and people from across the nation are living here. The untoward incidents are likely to create fear among the people and threaten their livelihood, emphasized MLA Moideen.
MLA Moideen reassured his commitment to save KIOCL and MCF, to reconstruct Suratkal municipal market, proposed to construct fisheries jetty at Kulai and upgrade Gurpur local administration.
