Moodbidri, 12 Nov 2014: Alvas College tops in the ranks both in examinations of degree and PG courses conducted by Mangalore University for the successive 5 years since 2009.
 
Goutami N K bagged the first rank in M Sc (chemistry), Durgasuma E bagged the second rank and Deepika Rao S bagged third rank.
 
Rai Ashma Radhakrishna Jayalaxmi bagged the first rank in M Sc (biotech), Laxmi N bagged the second rank and Namruta Laxmikant bagged the third rank.
 
Deepika Mallya bagged the second rank in M A (English), Bhavyashree bagged the third rank.
 
Prashanti P Shetty bagged the second rank in MHRD.
