Udupi: Competition to draw Karnataka map held to mark Rajyotsav

Udupi, 01 Nov 2014: At the joint aegis of Giants Group, Varna Nice Print – Kundapur and www.karavalikiran.com, competition to draw Karnataka map was held as part of Kannada Rajyotsav celebration at Hotel Kidiyoor, here on Saturday November 1.

 

Varna Nice Print proprietor Jitesh Kidiyoor inaugurated the programme by unveiling the map of Karnataka, here on Saturday morning.

 

 

Giants Group president Devdas Kamat, www.karavalikiran.com proprietor T Jayaprakash Kini, social activist Vishwanat Shenoy, former president Jagdish Amin, Rekha Pai and Chandrakala Kamat were present on the occasion.

 

One-hundred-fifty students participated in the competition that was held for the first time in the district.

 

The social activist K Krishnamurti Acharya distributed the prizes to the winners.
