Udupi: Mass automobile Puja held at Bantakal temple

Udupi, Oct 24, 2014: Rajapura Saraswat Yuva Vranda organized blessing of automobiles at Durgaparameshwari temple, Bantakal, near here on Thursday October 23.

 

The temple priest Srikant Bhat and other priests performed puja to over 70 vehicles on the occasion.

The temple governing council president Sooda Jayaram Prabhu, senior priest Vedamurti Vedavyasaraya Bhat, Rajapura Saraswat Yuva Vranda president Anantaram Wagle, honorary president K R Patkar, secretary Amrut Nayak, Rtoary Club – Shirva former president Leo Noronha, Umesh Patkar, Shiva Maistry, Karnataka Power Corporation – Varahi project engineer Upendra Patkar were also present.
