Beltangady: Devotion with purity of heart leads to spiritual bliss - Nagaraj

Beltangady, 08 Sep 2014: God is pleased with purity of devotion. If one worships Him with total devotion, one can attain spiritual bliss, said Ha Ra Nagaraj, chairman of Haridasa Sangha, Bangalore.
Nagaraj was speaking during the inaugural of sixteenth Bhajan training workshop at Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala, near here on Monday September 8.
The worldly happiness has its own limits that will not give mental peace. If you have clear goal, and backing of Guru in worshiping God, one attains spiritual bliss. The daily worship brings inner peace and joy. When people join in worship, there will not be any divisions. The worship strengthens unity. Meanwhile, if one changes his perspective, it changes because God is the master of this world, he would keen to listen to his servant, said Nagaraj.
Nadoja K P Rao after inaugurating Bhajan training workshop said that Bhajan signifies search. It’s not meditation. Its mass prayer for healthy society, said Rao.
Swami Mohandas of Manila said being active in Bhajan enables a person to keep away from evils, the discipline and patience restores in him. The superstitious beliefs should be shunned to trust in one God, advised Swami Mohandas.
Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Dharmadikari Dr Veerendra Heggade in his presidential address said that one should be in peace before worshipping God. The worship free from fear and pressure will be pleasing to God.
Bhajan training workshop co-ordintor B Sitaram Tolpadittaya, secretary B Jayaram Nellittaya and Manjunat were present on the occasion.
