M’lore: 92.7 BIG FM presents Big Green Ganesha at City Center Mall

Mangalore, Sep 1, 2014 : The popular Kannada cine actress Shubha Punja visited BIG Green Ganesha at City Center Mall, here on Monday September 1. BIG Green Ganesha was an initiative by 92.7 BIG FM. 

 

Shubha offered flowers to Lord Ganesha and said, ‘92.7 BIGFM is doing a tremendous job by initiating BIG Green Ganesha. In present times, we need to be concerned on our eco-environment and take steps to protect it. I am happy to be part of this event and I will support this kind of initiatives which intends to save the environment. I wish everybody happy Ganesh Chaturthi,’ said Shubha.’

 

 

An innovative idol of Ganesha was made out off old news papers collected from households across Mangalore, has been celebrated during the season. The environment-friendly BIG Green Ganesha is the initiative of 92.7Big FM started during 2008 is in its seventh successful year of celebration with a vision and a thought for a better eco-friendly future.
