Meat Bell Pepper

Ingrediants:
- 200g sliced meat;
- 1 cup chicken stock;
- 1 raw egg;
- 10gm ginger-garlic;
- 5gm onions;
- 25gm diced capsicum;
- 25gm diced onions;
- 5gm sliced green chilies;
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce;
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder;
- 25gm corn flour;
- 1/4 tsp ajinomoto;
- Salt to taste;
- Oil for frying.
Description:
Blend ginger, garlic, onions to a paste. Coat the meat pieces with corn flour and raw egg and deep fry. Fry the ground paste in oil and keep stirring. Then add chicken stock, meat, white pepper powder, capsicum, onion, green chilies, ajinomoto, salt and cook till the meat in the sauce softens. Serve hot.
