Sayyed Madani Urdu Schools, Ullal observe Vanamahotsav

Mangaluru, 16 Jul 2016: The human greed is destroying the fragile environment that has caused erratic monsoon, global warming and man induced calamities. The urgency lies in mankind to reverse the situation by aforestation, said TP member Surekha Chandrahas.

 

Surekha was speaking during Vanamahotsav programme that was organized by Sayyed Madani Urdu Higher Primary School and High School, Halekote, Ullal, here on Friday July 15.

 

 

She urged the students to plant a sampling in their household and nurture it to grow.

 

The School betterment Committee vice president U N Ibrahim presided the programme.

 

The School correspondent Haji U H Mohammed, administrator Haji Abdul Latif, governing council members Abdul Razak, Farouq U H, Altaf U H, Abdul Karim and Abdul Rauf were the chief guests present.

 

The students group rendered the prayers. The School headmaster K M K Manjanady welcomed the gathering. The teacher Arunakshi proposed vote of thanks. The teacher Tushara and school pupil leader Siddiq compered the programme.
