Social justice leads to just society – Judge Ganesh

Mangaluru, 25 Feb 2016: Everyone in the society should follow the law to lead life of a responsible citizen and strive honestly to achieve social justice for humane society, said senior civil judge and district Legal Services Authority member secretary B Ganesh.

 

He was speaking after inaugurating World Social Justice Day that was organized district Legal Services Authority, in collaboration with Bar Association and Jana Shikshana Trust, at Yedurupadav rural development Centre that comes under the limits of Moodushedde gram panchayat, near here on Wednesday February 24.

 

 

One should be educated on law to realize the rights of equality in society that was bestowed by Indian Constitution, added judge Ganesh.   

 

NAREGA former ombudsman Sheena Shetty in his presidential address said that legal awareness among the masses can bring about social justice in the society.

 

Bar Association secretary H V Raghavendra was the chief guest of the occasion.

 

Jana Shikshana Trust director Krishna Moolya welcomed the gathering.
