Vishwasadamane reunites destitute woman from Bihar

Udupi, 21 Jan 2016: Vishwasadamane Rehabilitation Centre, Shankerpura, near here reunited destitute women from Bihar on Wednesday January 20.

 

The woman constable Ramya working at Byndoor police station brought the middle aged destitute woman hailing from Bihar to Vishwasadamane, on 6 February 2015 at 1.00am.

 

 

She was shabby without proper bathing and weak owing to deep hunger. She revealed her name as Usha, daughter of Baijumatu, living in Sifara in Bihar.

 

The staff at Vishwasadamane bathed her and gave clean set of clothing and food. She was behaving abnormal while the doctors given her treatment. She recovered her total wellbeing in 6 months and began working in plantation. She also gave her home address.

 

Vishwasadamane chief functionary Pastor Sunil wrote a letter to the abovementioned address and it reached her family. The destitute Usha’s son called Vishwasadamane and informed them that he would come to take his mother back to their home. Accordingly, he arrived along with her niece to Vishwasadamane on 10 January 2016 and the family was re-united. They expressed their gratitude to Vishwasadamane staff for their tender love and care in giving a new lease of life to Usha.
