Karkala: Swami Vivekanand ideal to youth for righteous living - Krishnanand

Karkala, 15 Jan 2016: Swami Vivekananda set an example to the youth to focus on righteous living, said intellectual Krishnanand Pai.

 

Krishnanand was delivering keynote address during the programme that was organized as part of National Youth Week by Hosasanje Balaga at Ayyappa Mandir, Attur, Gundyadka, here on Wednesday January 12. He further said that it would be the tribute to pay to great soul Swami Vivekanand by the youth through following the former’s ideals.

 

 

Udupi district BJP youth morcha vice president Harish Amin presided the programme.

 

The senior journalist K Padmakar Bhat, entrepreneurs Gajanana Kadtala, Premanat Devadiga, Raghava Poojary and Timmoji Rao were the chief guests of the occasion.

 

Kukkundoor gram panchayat vice president Rajesh Rao welcomed the gathering. Balaga chairman R Devaraya Prabhu compered the programme.
