Foundation laid to reconstruct Babbuswamy temple, Valadoor

Udupi, 19 Dec 2015: The foundation was laid to reconstruct Babbuswamy temple at Valadoor, near Padoor, here on Friday December 18.

 

 

The Vedic celebrant Kalattoor Karunakar Tantri performed the religious rite at the site. The village elder Valadoorguttu Raghu Shetty laid the foundation on the occasion.

 

The building Committee honorary president Shantaraj Y Shetty, Leeladar Y Shetty, president Kandesh Bhaskar Shetty, vice president Ganesh Poojary Thane, secretary Sukesh Poojary, joint secretary Prasad Shetty, Valadoor Narayan Shetty, Vasant Poojary, Vishwanat Poojary, Ajit Shetty, Prakash Palame, the temple priest Bhoja Mukari, and others were present. 

 

The contract was awarded to Kutyar Prasad Shetty.
