Udupi: RSB community need to strengthen family set up to surge ahead - Pundalika

Udupi, 28 Sep 2015: The veterans of RSB community maintained their age old religious practices, traditions and customs despite the political turmoil of imperial rulers in India. Meanwhile, the community surge ahead to become a significant community by strengthening the family set up in adherence to changed circumstances, said the senior teacher B Pundalika.

 

Pundalika was speaking during the annual general body meeting of Durgaparameshwari temple, Bantakal, near here on Sunday September 27.

 

 

He called on the community to contribute towards the renovation of Durgaparameshwari temple.

 

The temple governing council president Sooda Gampadabail Jayaram Prabhu, vice president Umesh Prabhu Palame, members Sasidar Wagle, Jayaram Prabhu, managing trustee Gurnebettu Ganapati Nayak were present at the dais.

 

Narasimha Nayak welcomed the gathering. Umesh Nayak compered the programme.
