Continuous study needed for teachers – Abdulla Ibrahim

Mangaluru, 19 Sep 2015: ‘The teachers should not restrict their knowledge to mere curriculum, instead be open for latest info and continuous studies,’ said city-based P A College chief executive director Abdulla Ibrahim.

 

Abdulla was speaking during daylong workshop on maths that was organized by DK PU commerce lecturers Association at Sarojini Madhusudan Kushe PU College, here on Friday September 18.

 

 

Sarojini Madhusudan Kushe PU College principal K K Upadhyaya inaugurated the workshop here on Friday morning.

 

DK district PU Collegiate Education deputy director K R Timmayya presided the programme. DK PU commerce lecturers Association honorary president Radhakrishna Rao and chief advisor A T Girischandra were present.

 

The retired principal Divakar Bhat, state award recipient lecturer Bharatibai, II PUC Karnataka first rank holder Rashmita were felicitated on the same occasion.

 

DK PU commerce lecturers Association president Bharati welcomed the gathering. The secretary Samiulla proposed vote of thanks. The treasurer Savita compered the programme.
