Bantwal: Teachers happy with profession got to make study joyful to students – Prof Puranik

Bantwal, 12 Jul 2015: The teachers got to find happiness in their professions to make study joyful to students. The teachers play key role in personality development of students, said Professor M B Puranik, chairman of Vidhyabharati DK district president and chairman of Tulunadu education institutions.

Professor Puranik was speaking during the educational convention of Vidhyabharati DK district teachers held at Madhukar auditorium of Sri Rama Vidhya Kendra, Kalladka, near here on Saturday July 11.

 

The modern education lays emphasis on marks that the students secure. There are no avenues for personality development. Vidhyabharati-run education institutions lay emphasis on all round growth of students. It has incorporated moral values along with regular curriculum, said Professor Puranik.

 
Sri Rama Vidya Kendra correspondent Prabhakar Bhat, Vidyabharati Karnataka assistant secretary Vasant Madhav, Maitreye Gurukul president Umesh Hegde was present.
