Udupi: Krutika Rao elected Prez of Kote GP

Udupi, 01 Jul 2015: BJP backed Krutika Rao Mattu and advocate Ganesh Kumar Mattu were unanimously elected as president and vice president respectively of Kote gram panchayat.

BJP is leading in the gram panchayat elections with 10 members and Congress backed 5 candidates out of total strength of 15 members.

 

It was a stronghold of Congress, while BJP created history by coming to power this time.
