Udupi: Special training workshop to teachers at Madwa Vadiraja Institute of Tech, Bantakal

Udupi, 24 Jan 2015: Sri Madwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology, Bantakal, near here on Friday January 23 organized a special training workshop to teaching staff on how to prepare the students for campus recruitment.

 

Bengaluru-based Call Ready Learning Development Limited director Vijay Sai was the resource person shed light on compering skills, time and manpower management, leadership, virtues and inventions. He also explained how to develop self awareness for change in attitude.

 

 

Physiotherapist Dr Preeti spoke on the life after obtaining degree, doubts plaguing the young graduate and how the teachers can help in this regard. The phone-in-radio programme was effective in convincing the need communication skills.

 

The independent human resources consular laid emphasis on self motivation to improve technical and communication skills in order to compete in the job market.

 

The College training and appointment department chief Sujata Rao welcomed the gathering.
