Tisilu, Kannada poetry released at St Mary’s College, Shirva

Udupi, 20 Aug 2014 : Professor Major Pascal D’Sa released ‘Tisilu,’ poetry book authored by St Mary’s College – Shirva, students Darshan B Shetty and Tanujaya, during the Literary Union meet here on Tuesday August 19.

 

Professor D’Sa commended the students’ earnestness in penning their poetry.

 

 

Kannada Professor Yashodar read the foreword of the poetry book.

 

The College principal Professor V N Rajan also appreciated the students for exploring their inner thoughts.

 

Professor N Bhavani Shankar and Professor Subramanya was present on the occasion.

 

Tanujaya welcomed the gathering.  Savita compered the programme.  Shahi proposed vote of thanks.
