IT Dealers Association to Organize ’IT-EXPO’-a IT Exhibition

Mangalore, 31 Oct 2013  : " For the first time in the history of Mangalore, Mangalore IT Dealers Association (MITDA) will be organizing IT-Expo, a IT exhibition cum sale event, at TV Raman Pai Hall on 1 and 2 November 2013. This event has been organized to showcase the latest products in Information Technology. The people of DK district will experience for the first time, under one roof a variety of IT products on display" said Melwyn Dais-Secretary of Mitda, during the press meet held at Mangalore Press Club. Ketan Chandrana-President-Mitda, Sujai Monteiro-VP, Arun Prabhu-Treasurer and Gopinath Pai-Past President were also present during the meet.

 

 
Major IT giants will be participating in this Expo, and products like Laptops, Desktops, Smart- phones, Tablets, IT accessories, Security devices, Networking products, Software’s, Gaming devices and much more will be showcased during the 2-day event.

 
MITDA was formed in the year 2007, with the main object tive to unite dealers and to address the problems faced by them. It also gives platform to the members to air their views on the IT front. The association also conducts various workshops and training on the latest products and technologies so as to benefit the members to conduct their business efficiently. The organization started with a membership of 47, as of today has 65, and many more entrepreneurs are willing to join from the city and other districts.
