Udupi: Ganeshotsav Committee, Mudarangady Donates 64 Units of Blood to Dist Hospital

Udupi, 1 Sep 2013: The public celebration of Ganeshotsav Committee, Mudarangady, near here organized blood donation camp to mark their silver jubilee celebrations here on Sunday September 1.

 

The Committee advisor Dr B N Ratnakar Shetty inaugurated the blood camp here on Sunday morning.

 

The district Hospital blood bank Dr Sharat Kumar, silver jubilee Committee honorary president Sukumar V Shetty, president Veerendra Hegde, chief secretary Chandrahas Prabhu, Purushottam Nayak, Suresh Acharya, Pilar Sudhakar Shenoy, Shivaram Bhandary, publicity Committee convener Devdas Patkar, Divakar Shenoy were present on the occasion.

 

 

Punarukare School headmaster Devdas Patkar donated his blood for the successive twenty-seventh times on the occasion.

 

Sixty-four units of blood was collected and donated to district blood bank.
