Sakleshpur: Nursery Assistant Mercilessly Beats Children

Sakleshpur, 31 May 2013 : An assistant of a children’s nursery mercilessly beaten the children for wondering near to National Highway 48 during the break in Maranahalli, here on Thursday May 30.

The assistant Nagamma mercilessly has beaten four-year-old Tunasri, daughter of Venkatesh and four-year-old Pramod, son of Bairayya of same village who are admitted to Crawford Hospital, here for treating the wounds.

 

 

 

 

Background of the case:

Nagamma was caring for the children in the absence of senior assistant since the past one month.  She has gone to prepare food for the children in her nearby house on Thursday afternoon, when the children have come out and were found nearby national highway 48.

Nagamma was furious seeing the children wondering near busy highway, beaten them with a stick.

The officials of women and child department visited the children at the Crawford Hospital and gathered information.
