Hassan: Children offer Puja to Parents Feet to show Respect

Hassan, 15 Apr 2013: The city based Veda Bharati organization organized the offering of puja to parents of children during the function held at Ramakrishna Vidhyalaya auditorium, Ravindra Nagar, here on Sunday April 14.

 

 

At the prevailing situation, where the students are compelled to study; its generally known that the children hardly respect their parents.  Despite the children are busy in watching TV and movies on Sundays, the students of Ramakrishna Vidhyalaya cleansed the feet of their parents and offered Kunkum and flowers, in order to pay respect to their parents.

 

It was indeed a marvel programme that drew the attention of people gathered, while the parents hoped such programmes are held very frequently.
