Udupi: Madhavakripa School, Manipal Bids Adieu to Outgoing Class X Students

Udupi, 25 Mar 2013: The farewell function for outgoing Class X students of Madhavakripa School, Manipal, near here was held at their School on Saturday March 23.

 
Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) director Dr Vinod V Thomas was the chief guest, inaugurated the programme here on Saturday evening.

 
Dr Vinod in his inaugural address said that whatever one chooses to specialize in a subject, he / she had to fully devote in that subject for future success, advised Dr Vinod.

 

 
If the parents instill cultural values in their children, the society will become more progressive and trouble free, added Dr Vinod.

 
The teacher Veena M Rao, student Rahul, parents Dr Satyashankar Sharma, Veena Maben, Manipal University chancellor Dr G K Prabhu spoke at the occasion.

 
The School head teacher Leela Rajan welcomed the gathering.  The principal Jessy Andrews administered the oath to the outgoing students.  Dr Kusum spoke on the achievements of students and their parents.  The teacher Sridarmurti Bhat proposed vote of thanks.  The student Vaibhavi Vaman compered the programme.
