Shirva: Lack of love causes mental pressure

Shirva, 22 April 2012: The basic reason for any physical illness is the mind. When we learn to live with the changing world, we can control the pressure. Our inner mind, outer mind, the food we eat and the life style has effect on the body. If the person is happy then there is no need of a doctor. Lack of love is the basic reason for mental pressure, said Kundapura Shridevi Nursing Home’s consultant Jayashree Bhat.

 

 
She was speaking in a family conference held in Bantakal Rotary Sabhabhavana on “elimination of the pressure in the daily life” on Friday. Speaking further she said that, hunger and desire are required in life and when it is not sufficiently fulfilled, it will produce mental pressure and causes various illness. Hard life teaches to live. Healthy thinking eliminates the pressure, she said.

 
The program was presided over by Rotary President Ronald Sequeira, who welcomed the guests and the gathering. On the dias Rotary Deputy Governor K.R. Patkar, Rotary elect President William Machado and Secretary Herald Kutinho were present. Dr. Arun Hegde conducted introduction. Sandesh Nayak conducted prayers.
