Moodubelle: Ambedkar Jayanti celebrated in St. Lawrence English Medium School

Moodubelle, 16 April 2012: St.Lawrence English Medium High School celebrated Ambedkar Jayanthi on 14 April, 2012. Programme started with the prayer song. Principal Fr. Lancy Saldanha and teachers offered flowers to the portrait of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.  Students sang patriotic songs.

 

 

 

In his message, Fr. Lancy Saldanha highlighted the contribution of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in drafting the Constitution of India for which he came to be known as the ‘Father of Indian Constitution’. The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
