Udupi: Support the Fine Arts – Saku Pangala

Udupi, 01 Febraury 2012: On the occasion of the 7th annual Day celebration of Ambagilu Gerebare Painting Training Centre, children’s Kollage Painting Exhibition was conducted recently. The paintings created by the children on the occasion of Popular Painter K.K. Hebbar’s centenary celebration were exhibited.

 

 


 
The exhibition was inaugurated by Artist – Astrologer N.S. Bhat by drawing Kollage art. Later the new year’s table calendar was released by Saku Pangala who spoke on the occasion and said that, only the wealth is not enough, the character to encourage the Fine Arts is required, by altering our weaknesses and adopting a good nature makes the life fruitful.
 
The winning students were given prizes. In the celebration program Madhava Ganskar owner of Kalangana, Gerebare’s Correspondent Vishwanatha Acharya were present. The program which was compeered by the children, was coordinated by Jeevan Shetty.
