Moodu – Padu Jodukare Kambala held with great enthusiasm

Katpadi, 01 Febraury 2012: Katapadi Moodu – Padu Jodukare Kambala, which is historically popular, was conducted under the flood lights on Saturday 28th January. The Kambala was conducted in total 6 categories. In all categories the winners were given away the gold coin and prizes. Gunapala Kadamba of Moodbidri Jain P.U. College was the main judge.

 

 

 
The guests and dignitaries include District In Charge Minister Dr. V.S. Acharya, Katapadi Kambala Committee President Yermalu Rohit Hegde and Katapadi Beedu Ballal. The heroic sport of this buffalo race was watched by people with great enthusiasm.
