Udyavara, 21 October 2011: 21st century will be the century of India and at the same time it will be also the century of Ayurveda, opinioned Udupi MLA K. Raghupathi Bhat. He was speaking upon inaugurating the Shri Dharmastala Ayurvedic College Students Association at Kuthpadi, Udyavara on Thursday.

 

 

 
Today in our country Ayurvedic medicine has become more favourite than other medicines and also in foreign countries people are taking more interest in Ayurvedic medicine. Hence the Ayurvedic Colleges have to take more responsibility to produce more doctors and the Ayurvedic doctors will have to contribute more in the field of health, said Raghupathi Bhat.
 
Dr. Ravishankara B. – Director of S.D.M. Centre for Research in Ayurveda and Allied Sciences was the Chief Guest of the program. College Principal U.N. Prasad had presided over. College Dean Dr. B.R. Doddamani conducted oath to the Student’s Association. Student’s Association President D. Shrikrishna, Chief Secretary Shreya Acharya and other Office Bearers were present on the dias.
