Belman: School study material and metric models exhibited

Belman, 05 October 2011: Exhibition of School study materials and metric models were inaugurated by Nandalike Government School S.D.M.C. President Ganapathi Kamath. The exhibition of these models was organized for the Schools coming under Public Education Department, Kshethra Sampanmula Center Karkala and Nandalike Group Sampanmula Centre.

 

 
Chief Guest of the inaugural function, Shailaja - Coordinator of Education, in her speech briefed the significance of this program. Cluster Director Karunakara Poojary welcomed the guests and the gathering. Other guests and dignitaries present on the dias were; Teacher’s Union District Secretary Laxmikantha Bhat, Aided School Teacher’s Union President V.K. Rao Nandalike, Indira - Head of Nandalike School and St. Joseph School Teacher B. Pundalika Marathe.
 
Brahmavara Nirmala High School Retired Teacher U.R. Madhyasta participated as the resource person and said that the models of study materials should develop the scientific knowledge of the children. When the child touch and feel the study materials then the educational teaching will be effective. The models prepared by the teachers with efforts should be arranged for the viewing of the children along with their parents and guardians, he said.
 
Teacher Sadananda Shetty compeered the program. Cluster Director Karunakara Poojary proposed vote of thanks.
