Shirva: Grama Panchayath bi-election for the 2nd Block

Shirva, 28 September 2011: Bi-election was conducted at Shirva Kodu Shri Durgambika Higher Primary School on Sunday from morning 7.00 am to evening 5.00 pm for the seat became vacant after Shirva Grama Panchayath Former President P. Harish Shetty paased away.
 

 


There were 4 candidates for the election. There will be tough competition between Virendra Shetty (cycle) supported by Congress and Rajesh Shetty (rising sun) supported by BJP. The vote counting will be on 28th September.
