Belman: Camp to give up alcoholism inaugurated

Belman, 25 September 2011: 443rd camp to give-up alcoholism was inaugurated by Karkala Taluk Panchayath President Jayarama Salian at the Nandalike Kodsarabettu Temple. The camp was jointly organized by Shrikshethra Gramabhvradhi Yojane Karkala, Madyavarjana Vyvastapaka Samiti Belman, Shri Adilaxmi Temple Kodsarabettu Nandalike, Bhargava Trust Inna and Janajagrati Vedike Belman zone.

 

 
The inaugural program was presided over by Belman Lions Club Former President Suhas Hegde. Chief Guests Gramabivradi Yojana Jilla Director Keshava Gowda, Janajagrati Samiti Karkala Taluk President Mahaveera Hegde Andaru and Belman Zone President Antony D’Souza were present. On the dias Madyavarjana Samiti President N. Sandip Kanchan, Karkala Yojane Officer Sanjeeva Nayak and Pragathi Bandu Okkuta President Sunil were present.
 
Belman zone In charge Yashodara Salian welcomed. Yatish Kalya compeered the program. Pratima proposed vote of thanks. Yojane Officer Vincent Vivek Pais, Camp Officer Baskar, Health Assistant Chitra Ramesh, Yoga Teacher Vasanthakumar Nandalike, Health Officer Dr. Nitin Shetty, Family Advisor Guru M.P. Kallamunkuru, Sandya V. Shetty Karkala, Thukarama Shetty Kedinje, Reshma Udaya Shetty Inna, Rajendra Bhat Inna, Sarojini, B. Pundalika Marathe Shirva, Jayanthi Shetty Belman contributed to the camp. In the camp 37 alcoholics participated.
