Kallianpur: Ph.D. Awarded to Lt. Herald Monis

Kallianpur, 20 September 2011: Lt. Herald Monis, Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Milagres College, Kallianpur has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) by Mangalore University for his thesis entitled “Employee Motivation: An Analytical Study with Reference to the ITES-BPO Industry”. This thesis was prepared under the guidance of Dr. T. N. Sreedhar, Professor, Post-graduate Department of Business Administration, Mangalore University.

 

 
 Dr. Monis has presented 17 research papers in various national and international level conferences, and he has published 22 research articles in reputed national and international journals. Two of his research papers have been selected as the “Best Research Paper of the Conference” in two international level conferences.
