Hebri: Police Asst. Sub Inspector goes missing

Hebri, 15 September 2011: Assistant Sub Inspector of Hebri Police Station has gone missing on Monday. Missing Vasantha has been working in Hebri Police Station since 7 months. Two months back he had a tumour on his waist and had surgery. After that he had resumed to his duty, but was suffering from pain. As usual on Monday he went for his duty to the Police Station. Night at 8.00 pm he had phoned that he will be coming home, but did not come home.

 

 
Next day enquired with relatives, but he is nowhere, even the hospitals were searched thinking he might have been admitted for the pain, but there is no clue, his wife Parvathi complained to the Hebri Police Station. His colleagues have tried calling his mobile but there is no answer. The case has been registered in Hebri Police Station.
 
 
Brahmavara, 15 September 2011: A young woman fell into a well and died in Melpadpu of Aruru grama on Tuesday evening. The deceased is Malathi (26) daughter of Manjunatha Acharya. In the evening at 5.00 pm when she was pulling the water from the well she accidentally slipped and fell into the well, unable to come up she died. As per the complaint given by her brother Nagendra the unnatural death has been registered in Brahmavara Police station.
