Kaup, 18 August 2011: In protest of the detention of Anna Hazare who intended to conduct fasting movement urging the implementation of Lokbal Bill, Kaup BJP organized protest in Kaup town. On this occasion various leaders of Kaup constituency were present.

Supporting Anna Hazare in his movement the students of Kaup Government College went on a procession from their College to Kaup town shouting slogans. The protest was led by the Student Leader Ravindra Poojary.
