Mother-Child Health Programme held in Shirva

Shirva, 16 August 2011: A programme to create awareness about the  health of mother and child  was held on Sunday, August 14, 2011 at 2.30 pm at Mandara Hotel, Shirva. The programme was jointly organised by Shirva Rotary Club and Health
Shri Darmastalha Grameena Abivradhi Yojane.
 
Dr. Gowri, Rotary District Chairman was the resource person who gave information on the health care and welfare of mother and child.

 

 
 
The chief guests of the programme were K.R. Patkar, Assistant Governor of Rotary Zone 3 and Prashan from Shri Darmastalha Grameena Abivradhi Yojane.
 
Besides the above persons, the programme was attended by Rotary members : Michael Mathias , Raghupathi Aithal ,Dr. Gururaj, Ronald Sequeira, Leo Noronha, Lukas D’Souza .
 
Rotary President,  Ronald Sequeira welcomed the guests, the programme was compeered dby Lukas D’Souza and Leo Noronha proposed  the vote of thanks.
 
The programme was attended by more than 300 persons.
