Abu Dhabi: Hearty Welcome accorded to Indian Ambassador to UAE AT Indian Islamic Centre

Abu Dhabi,  18 Feb 2014:  Indian Islamic Center,Abu Dhabi organized grand welcome reception to new ambassador to U.A.E., HisExcellency Mr. Seetharam on Sunday15th February 2014 at IIC Main Hall Abu Dhabi.

The reception began with playing National Anthem UAE and India followed by prayer Qira-ath by Mohammed sinan HE Mr.Seetharam, ambassador accorded a grand welcome IIC Hon. President Mr. P Bava Hajialong with all the dignitaries and  Hon. Gen. Secretary Mr. M P Mohammed Rasheed and many other guests. Hon. Gen. Secretary (IIC) Mr. M P Mohammed Rasheed welcomed the gathering and invited the ambassador to the dais along with dignitaries present.  In his welcome speech Mr. Mohammed Rasheed said on behalf of Indian Islamic Center it is a great pleasure to Welcome His Excellency Mr. T P Seetharam to Abu Dhabi Islamic Center.  He also he welcomed other guest and varies organizations executives to the dais.
MrBava Haji felicitated His Excellency Mr. T P Seetharam with a floral bouquet on behalf of Indian Islamic Center Abu Dhabi and accorded a warm welcome and on behalf of IIC wished the new ambassador very successful and fruitful tenure and a pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. In this presidential address MrBava Haji Briefed about IIC activities and various charitable deeds carried out by IIC Abu Dhabi.

 

 

Mr Mohammed Ali UchilPresident BWF was present on the occasion and presented a floral bouquet to His Excellency on behalf of Bearys Welfare Forum Abu Dhabi.

Mr Seetharam acknowledged the grand reception with great joy and said looking at the atmosphere and welcome by all“ I am feeling very happy to serve here and over whelmed by welcome reception by IIC

He promised his full cooperation for any kind of service expected from him and his team and they are here to serve the community with every possible manner.

He further said he was very much touched by the way this reception is held, thanked for all as over thousand people, including Indian business representatives, gathered at the centre to welcome him.

On the occasion HE Mr. T.P. Seetharam distributed awards and a certificate to all the participants of various Karate competitions held in the IIC recently. 

 
Mr. Abdul Rahman, Hon. Cultural Secretaryorganized variousCultural programmesand provided good entertainment for the large audience attended the reception.
