Aus-Zim: Watson, Haddin off to a slow start

Ahmedabad, 21 February 2011: Australian captain Ricky Ponting won the toss and elected to bat in a group A World Cup clash against Zimbabwe at Ahmedabad on Monday.

 

Australia will be going into the match as overwhelming favourites having won 25 times and losing just once which was way back in the 1983 World Cup.

 

 

The Aussies have also beaten the Zimbabweans on seven occasions in World Cups.
