Mangalore: Valencia Parish Celebrates Sleep Day

Mangalore, Jul 22 : The family welfare Committee of St Vincent Ferrer parish, Valencia organized the celebrations of Sleep Day at the parish hall, here on Sunday July 21 evening.

 

Father Muller Medical College Hospital chief nursing officer Sr Aileen Mathias and Sr Loredan inaugurated the programme in a unique many by unfolding a mat on the occasion.

 

 

Sr Aileen highlighted the need of sleep, the stages of sleep, and preparation required for good and sound sleep.

 

The participants enthusiastically interacted to address their sleep related issues.

 

About 250 people including parish clergies and family welfare Committee members were present at the occasion.

 

Lizzie Pinto compered the programme.  Dr Jacinta D’Souza introduced the speakers.  Leslie D’Souza proposed vote of thanks.
