Moodubelle: Vishwakarma Community Hall inaugurated

Moodubelle, 23 May 2013: The community hall of the Vishwakarma was inaugurated on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 10.20 am at Moodubelle by Lalaji R. Mendon, former MLA of the Kaup constituency in the presence of  Shri Kalahasthendra Saraswati Mahaswamiji and the community leaders and dignitaries including Alevooru Yogish Acharya, president of Vishwakarma Okkuta, Udupi and DK Districts who also presided over the function, Mrs. Ida Gibba D’Souza, Devdas Hebbar, Gerald Fernandes , Sadashiva Acharya, Kattingeri Ganesh Poojary, Jagdish Acharya, Kaup, Udaya Acharya, Puttur, Damodar Acharya, Gangadhar Acharya and Rama Achyutha Acharya.

 
At the inaugural function the following achievers were felicitated-Muralidhar K-retired Tahshildar of Udupi, Indrali Prabhakar Acharya-renowned Yakshagana artist and Prabhakar Acharya, Edmeru-renowned director of plays.

 

 

 Santosh Kumar, president of Vishwakarma Youth Association welcomed the gathering, Ravikant Acharya proposed the vote of thanks and Damodar Sharma  compered the programme.
 

Prior to the inauguration of the community hall, a grand procession with tableaus and dancing dolls was organized from the Moodubelle petrol bunk to the hall through the main road.
