Dubai: Grand SFX-KUTAM Picnic 2012 at Mushrif-Park

Dubai, 25 Nov 2012: It was the exciting day for  St Francis Xavier Association, Mudarangady parishioners (SFX-KUTAM) residing in the UAE as a day’s family picnic was held at Mushrif Park, Dubai which was full of fun and enjoyment. Around 75 members happily gathered in this blissful picnic spread over the entire day. The one day picnic was organized by the association with the aim of getting to know each other a little better, have fun and to renew the commitment to build a harmonious  and  peaceful community.

 

As the members assembled at the Mushrif Park, the daylong proceedings of the picnic started with a prayer followed by warm welcome by President Johnson D’Silva. All participants, men, women, youth and children from all walks of life actively took part in various games .There were many games and activities to all the age-group persons. Participants were divided into two teams Yellow team and Green team.

 

 

A number of warm-up games were conducted by Anil Prakash and Leslie. Both of them conducted all the  activities systematically and in a very professional way with a good preparation and in a well-organized plan. Yellow team came out as the  winner and all had good fun and relaxation.

 

President Johnson D’Silva thanked all the participants and it became a memorable day for each and every one who took part in the picnic.
