Shirva: Bantakal Yuva Vranda honour Talents and Achievers

Shirva, 07 December 2011: Bantakal Rajapura Saraswatha Yuva Vranda which is on the threshold of its silver anniversary celebration, conducted felicitation to the talents and achievers in a program held in Shri Kshethra Bantakal Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple Auditorium.

The program was presided over by the Temple Managing Trustee Belpatre Vishwanatha Nayak. Chief Guests Jilla Panchayath Member Upendra Nayak, Temple Management Committee President Shashidhara Wagle Sadambailu and NRI Jayanth Nayak Mattikallu participated in the program and conveyed good wishes.

 

 

 

Manipal K.M.C. Nursing Department Head Dr. Baby who received the Doctorate, Kumari Shriraksha Mangalore who won the first prize in the National stamp design competition conducted by Indian Postal department, District Rajyothsava awardee Rajesh Prabhu Pernal, Popular Cartoonist Poet Gopi Hirebettu, Talented student Akshay Jayarama Prabhu Gumpadabailu Sooda, Talented Engineering student Kalavathi were felicitated. Rice distribution to poor families was conducted.

Yuva Vranda President K.R. Patkar in his introductory note welcomed the guests and the gathering. Umesh Patkar introduced the guests.
Ravikiran introduced the winners in the competitions. Ramdas Prabhu compeered the program. Secretary Anantharama Wagle proposed vote of thanks. Annasantharpane was conducted in the temple.
