Mangaluru, 22 Jan 2021: The twenty-fifth year celebrations of Catholic Sabha of St Sebastian’s parish, Bendore, here was launched on Wednesday January 21.
Maritto Sequeira, founder president of Bendore parish unit and past president of Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh® launched the silver jubilee celebrations here on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Maritto said that by helping poor and needy, one can win the hearts of people and the motto of Catholic Sabha is service and sacrifice. He complimented Bendore unit for rendering fruitful service to the humanity throughout its existence.
Fr Vincent Monteiro, vicar of Episcopal City deanery was the chief guest.
Rolphy D’Costa, past president of Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh® was the guest of honor.
Kishore Fernandes, president of Bendore unit presided the function and welcomed the gathering.
Anil Lobo, chairman of MCC Bank and Noreen Pinto, president of Catholic Sabha Episcopal City deanery were present on the dais.
Ronald Walder, secretary of the unit proposed the vote of thanks. Felix Pinto, past president of the unit compered the programme.
