Karkala, 12 Sept 2020: Rotary Club of Belman, near here conferred Top Teacher Award to Nandalike Chandrashekar Rao, headmaster of Padubettu School, Nandalike, here recently.

 

Rotary Club chairman Subash Kumar Nandalike presided the programme.

 

 

Rotary district deputy governor Suryakant Shetty delivered felicitation speech.
