Mangaluru, 15 Mar: The state collegiate department organized info workshop on Seva Sindu e-services for the principals and office staff of state-run colleges of DK district at Government First Grade College, Car Street, here, recently.
Mangaluru regional collegiate education joint director Dr Appaji Gowda S B inaugurated the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Appaji said that Karnataka state government has launched Seva Sindu, e-services through collegiate education department to provide many services under one domain. It’s likely to provide better services to the students.
In his presidential address, Government First Grade College principal Prof Rajashekar said that Seva Sindu will be much helpful to offer administrative services in most transparent way. It would provide education services swiftly to the students.
DK district project officer K Bharat was the resource person conducted 3-hour workshop.
The principals, librarians and office superintendents of 19 government colleges of DK district attended the workshop.
The College education committee advisor Dr Shivaram P, senior principal Prof Satyanarayan Bhat was present at the dais.
The workshop co-ordinator Dr Shailarani B welcomed the gathering. The lecturer Dr Krishna Prabha proposed vote of thanks.
